 An Outstanding EveningThe vocal concert was an outstanding evening. The choir began the concert with a beautiful performance of Mozart's Ave verum corpus. After which we were treated to several outstanding solo performances. In particular James Otieno's performance of "Where'er you walk" and Tim Cameron's performance of "Sea Fever" were brilliant.
I should also mention Sebastian Teuber's and Caroline Tyka's performances which were truly beautiful. The Chamber choir gave probably their best performance so far this term of "Alta Trinita Beata". The evening was rounded off by the choir singing Rutter's "Home is a special kind of feeling" I am very grateful to Mrs Brown for her hard work in organising the evening. |
