This website ('Site') is operated by King's School Bruton. The home page can be found at http://www.kingsbruton.com/ . Your access to and use of the site subject to these Terms of Use ('Terms of Use'). Your use of the Site constitutes your unqualified agreement to accept and comply with these Terms of Use.

The Site is offered as a free information service for those who wish to find out more about King's and its activities. We exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability that may arise in connection with or as a result of third party website material causing any damage, costs, injury or loss of any kind.  We also exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability that may arise in connection with the purchase of any goods via a third party website

Whilst we try to keep our anti-virus software up to date we do not warrant that the Site, its servers, downloadable files or e-mails which may be sent by us, are free from viruses or other harmful components.
